Don’t worry about which famous spaces to visit first in Los Angeles and head straight to the Venice Beach. The beach can be the best experience for you and your kids a real fun place to go to. The place is well known for culture explosion and mesmerizing sights.

Venice Beach is situated in Ocean Front Walk 1800-1898 Los Angeles, California. The beach welcomes people the whole year round and there is no fixed time to visit the beach. Parking is free only if you find parking place at the street side. Otherwise beach has parking facility and it is a paid parking with a very nominal parking cost. There is no minimum age to visit the beach children of any age are allowed to visit it.

The beach features many bars, restaurants, motels and hotels, has picnic facility, changing rooms and is a dog friendly place. It hosts daily night parties and several events. The place also hosts street performers and amazing sports like skim boarding, surfing, swimming, body surfing, jogging, and volleyball.

If this is your first trip to Venice beach than the 1st thing you should do there is take a slow walk on the beach in evening when sunset is taking place and cool breeze is making the weather soft and cozy. Venice is also known as ‘Art Crawl’ for the great local painters and artists you can visit their shops and stores during the daytime. The beach also displays art which is known as the Venice Art Walls, the best time to visit is just before evening so you can get a clear look of the art.

The best places to visit are Venice Boardwalk, Muscle Beach, Venice Beach Graffiti Walls, Venice Canals, Abbot Kinney Blvd and Venice Beach House. The best way to explore the complete area is going on the Venice Boardwalk, which is actually a side walk that will take you on a tour through the whole space. Another great way to explore the whole area, instead of going to a particular space is going to the Venice Canals. These waterways, spreading over 16 miles will be your guides to the Venice Beach LA.
