If you're looking for a fun outing in Atlanta, Georgia, that the whole family will enjoy then the World of Coca-Cola may be what you're looking for. If we ignore for a moment the fact that this attraction is blatantly designed to promote the Coca Cola products, the site is full of all the elements of an exciting attraction. The museum which teaches you everything there is to know about the world's most famous drink has exciting multimedia displays and interactive exhibits. The Coca-Cola headquarters are based in Atlanta, and there was a previous Coca-Cola museum at a different location in Atlanta.
The New World of Coca-Cola welcomes visitors into the lobby where they are met with huge Coca-Cola bottles from around the world made from various materials. While admiring the bottles there are iconic Coca-Cola jingles playing in the background. The visitors then go into the Coca-Cola Loft to see advertising memorabilia dating as far back as 1896 and then move on to the Happiness Factory Theatre. In the theatre a "mockumentary" is screened about the company's present campaign. Next stop is The Hub from where visitors spread out to see the various sections of the museum in any order they please. The exhibits and attractions include posing for photos with Coca-Cola mascots; an interactive exhibit in the Vault of the Secret Formula; a display of branding treatments the drink has had dating back to 1888; The Pop Culture Gallery maps the drink's influence on modern culture; Perfect Pause Theatre shows the great moments in Coca-Cola TV commercials; you can see Bottle Works, a demonstration of how the drink is bottled and the newest addition to the museum is a section on the company's contribution to "Active, Healthy Living Through the Years."
The museum includes a 4D film called the Search of the Secret Formula. The film is one of the highlights of the museum and the 4D film has moving seats and special effects that kids will love. Another of the highlights is the last section of the museum – Taste It! Here visitors can taste 100 flavors and 64 Coca-Cola products from around the world! As guests leave the Coca-Cola Museum they receive a unique commemorative bottle of Coca-Cola.
